The month of June was a good month for AU Sailing! We are in the process of buying two used 420's for the team that will be ready to sail this coming fall season if all goes well! They will be shipped from New York down to Annapolis and off to DC for us.
Other than that, a lot of fundraising is in the works.
If you have any sailing experience and are an incoming freshman or transfer student who is looking to join the team contact auclubsailing@gmail.com and we can answer any questions you have. Having our own boats comes the ability to create our own practice schedule and the possibility to have a strong team this fall.
